THIXOTROPIC SPRAY
RiCreo Derma is a sterile medical device in the form of a gel spray based on the α1 Concept, a recombinant protein (R-polypeptide collagen alpha1 chain), and substances constituting the extracellular matrix of the dermis that favor the restoration of tissue conditions.Adjuvant in regeneration, healing, and repair; for this reason, it is used for acute and/or chronic wounds, such as excoriations, abrasions, burns, fistulas, pressure ulcers, vascular-based ulcers, ulcers in diabetic patients, surgical wounds, and other alterations not considered in this experience.

A wound treated with polyurethane foam is identified according to the caregiver's indications, which include a cleansed base, satellite wounds, and medial erosion. The dressing is changed twice a week. On the right is the result after four applications of RiCreo Derma. Trauma wound with exposure of the tibial tendon and a large avulsion area. It is treated with an antimicrobial dressing made of honey and alginate after appropriately relocating the dermal-epidermal flap using sterile strips for the first week. From the second week until the end, there is a synergistic use of low-adhesion foam (silicone) and RiCreo Derma, with weekly changes.
RiCreo Derma is a dressing that, due to its unique characteristics, can be applied in different phases of the regeneration process, from the inflammatory phase to the granulating and re-epithelialization phase, as well as on moderately exuding wounds.
